Built on the Belief That Better Science Makes Better Brands
We started NeuroEdge because there's a huge gap between what brain science knows about how people make decisions and what most brands actually use in their marketing.
The research existed. The access didn't.
For decades, scientists have known a lot about how people make buying decisions. Studies on memory, emotion, and attention have been published in major journals since the 1990s. The findings aren't new.
What was new, and what we set out to change, is making those tools available to brands that aren't massive corporations with huge research budgets. The same equipment and methods that big consumer goods companies have used for years can now be used at a scale that works for mid-size brands and the agencies that work with them.
NeuroEdge was built to close that gap. We're a specialist firm, not a full-service agency. We do one thing: apply brain science to brand and marketing problems. And we do it properly.
What we believe about good research.
Rigor over reassurance
We won't tell you what you want to hear. We'll tell you what the data shows and run studies solid enough to trust.
Methodology transparency
Every recommendation ties back to a specific finding. We explain how we ran the study, how we built the sample, and how we reached our conclusions. Always.
Strategy, not just data
A study that ends with a spreadsheet has failed. What you get from us is always a clear brief your team can act on. Not a pile of charts that need interpreting.
Honest about limitations
Brain science is powerful. It doesn't answer everything. We're upfront about what our methods can and can't tell you, and we design programs around that.
Proven methods. Practical results.
Our research draws on three areas of science: how the brain takes in information and forms associations, how mental shortcuts shape the way people decide, and how emotions show up as physical responses we can measure. We combine these into research designs built around each client's specific challenge.
Cognitive Neuroscience
How attention, memory, and automatic associations shape the way people see and remember brands.
Behavioral Economics
How mental shortcuts and biases like loss aversion and anchoring affect the choices people make.
Psychophysiology
Measuring physical responses like skin conductance, heart rate, and facial movement as direct signals of emotional engagement.
Researchers who speak strategy.
Our team combines academic training in cognitive science and consumer psychology with real experience in brand strategy and campaign work. We sit between the two worlds, which is the only way to turn research findings into something a creative or media team can actually use.

The Subconscious Consumer: How Purchase Decisions Are Made Before the Rational Mind Weighs In
A research-grounded session on the neuroscience of consumer decision-making. Why the brain commits to a choice seconds before conscious deliberation begins, what biometric data reveals about attention and emotional response that surveys cannot, and how marketers can design for the subconscious rather than against it. Drawing on live study data from the iMotions platform, this talk translates academic findings into practical implications for campaign strategy, creative development, and brand positioning.
